Aligning Code Tables

Introduction

A code table can be applied to an entire school board, school, single track (year) or to a teacher’s specific class.  This is done by choosing the appropriate level in the drop down menus.

Important - If you have created a new code table, typically a grading code table, you need to align the new code table to this year’s tracks only.  You need to do this school by school and ensure you only select this year’s track.  If you align a new grading code table to previous years, it will affect previous years data.

5.   Your screen will now display the new grading code table you selected, then Click Save.

6.   Once you’ve clicked save, you will get two warning messages asking if you want align this code table.  Once you’ve clicked OK twice, it will align the selected code table.

Tip: If you have used the same code tables each year, you can apply the code table(s) to the entire schoolboard.  So when the new school year track is imported into StudentsAchieve through integration, the code table(s) should automatically align each year.
