NewsFeed under the Classroom  submenu is your School calendar in list form. This page will display events from the school calendar and will also include the student's Attendance within the list when selecting individually.

Accessing NewsFeed

From the home page of Via, click Classroom on the left end of the blue bar across the top of the form. Then, click NewsFeed.

The NewsFeed page will default to the general school calendar, both future school-scheduled and previous events.

Individual NewsFeed

To view an individual student's NewsFeed, click Student Selector.  A full student list will display. Either scroll to find the student or use the search function, by student's first or last name, located at the top of the list. Students are grouped by Homeroom/Class, then by alphabetical.  Clicking on a student's name will bring up a combined list of the student's attendance and school calendar events in a list format.

Note: Green bars indicate Special Ed. students; red, a medical alert
