In Individual Grades Entry, I need to enter a grade for a Class. I see that Class for every other Reporting Period, except the one I need to work on.
The most common reason for this is a simple oversight in Class Setup and Schedule. Go here: Scheduling > Class Setup and Schedule. Open the Class and go to the Setup Tab. It's likely you need to Click Edit in the middle, bottom, and then Click the Report Period you need in the Reported column. Click Save. Note: If this Section is part of a multi-Section Course, this is a good time to check the other Sections.
