Cannot see some Currently Enrolled Students
Overview
Rollover is complete. Some students I expect to see under Currently Enrolled display only under All Students. How do I fix that?
Create an appropriate headline
It's probable their Enrollment Date has not yet come. For instance: If their in-date is Aug. 22 and it's not yet Aug. 22, those Students will not appear under Currently Enrolled (or under their individual grade level). You will only see them under All Students, or possibly: All Current Year Students. If this affects only one or two students, edit their in-date on their Student Status form. If this affects large numbers of students, it may be possible to perform the edits in SQL. Contact our support desk.
