The first step in registering a student for a concurrent enrollment is for the primary school to designate them to your site. Once this is done you may now register the student
Registering a Concurrent Student
On the Student Menu, Click Add Student.
- Enter the Student's local ID#. Click Search
- Student information will populate. Click Next
- Complete the enrollment entry of In Status, In Date, Track, Grade and Registration Type
- Click Finish and Edit Demographics
All fields will be locked to preserve the personal identity record. The primary school is the only site that can enter/change personal information for a student.
- Click Submit
The student will now be in your database.
