How do I delete TeachLogic/HomeLogic Messages that I am not able to delete from the Logic Admin pages ?
You will need to contact your school administrator responsible for SIRS/SchoolLogic and ask them to remove the message from within our SLCommon application.
Go to your IIS server and browse to your SLCommon folder.
Start SLCommon. If you get an error, right-click on SLCommon and click Run as Administrator.
Log in to SLCommon with ADMIN/ADMIN
Go to Inquiry > Browse Tables
select SLMessages.dbf from the picklist
The following table will appear, click Memo in each record to find which one you want to delete.
Go to Table > Delete Records
Select the record number (lid) in the table and click delete. The message should be now gone.
